Digital Signage Content Management System
This project was to design a browser-based page layout tool and a content management system user interface for digital signs. My job was to think of all the layout and design tools a user might want, as well as how to present them in a coherent way.
The CMS ended up including tools for creating shapes, adding images, adding text or pulling text or images from a database. It also included a timeline and transitions both within the page and between pages to allow the screens to draw in with engaging animations.
This is in use in Wind Creek casinos in Atmore, AL and Oranjestad, Aruba.
Below is a video demo of navigating through the CMS created from mocked up storyboards and animated (in PowerPoint of all things!) to give both the stake-holders as well as the developers an idea of how the front end should work.
